USEAS (2025) Kayıt ve Ödeme
1. Katılımcıların USEAS 2025 Kayıt Formunu doldurması gereklidir. Katılımcı Kayıt Formu için tıklayınız.
2. Sempozyumda sözlü ve poster bildiri için katılım ücreti yatırılması gereklidir. Birden fazla bildiri ile katılanlar tek katılım ücreti öderler.
3. Bir katılımcı tek veya çok yazarlı en fazla 3 bildiri (sözlü/poster) ile katılabilir.
4. Sözlü ve poster bildiriler için aynı katılım ücreti ödenir.
5. Ortak yazarlı bildirilerde katılım belgesi almak isteyen her yazar ücret ödemelidir.
6. Ödenen katılım ücreti iade edilmez.
7. SEAD üyelerine katılım ücreti 100 TL indirimlidir. Üye olmak için tıklayınız.
8. Katılım ücretine bilimsel program, katılım belgesi, e-özet ve e-bildiri kitabı dahildir.
9. Ödeme makbuzuna ad-soyad yazılmalı ve USEAS 2025 katılım ücreti olduğu belirtilmelidir.
10. Bildirilerin Sempozyumda sunulması için katılım ücreti 07 Mayıs 2025 tarihine kadar ödenmelidir.
11. Ücretlerini ödeyen dinleyicilere katılım belgesi verilir.

Registration and Payment for ISLER (2025)
1. Participants must fill out the ISLER 2025 Registration Form. Click Here for the registration form.
2. Payment of the participation fee is required for oral and poster presentations at the symposium. Participants presenting multiple papers pay a single participation fee.
3. A participant can present up to 3 papers (oral/poster), either single or multi-authored.
4. The same participation fee is taken for both oral and poster presentations.
5. Each author who requests to receive a certificate of participation in co-authored papers must pay a fee.
6. The paid participation fee is non-refundable.
7. SEAD members receive a discount of 100 TL on the participation fee. Click here to become a member.
8. The participation fee includes scientific program, participation certificate, e-abstract, and e-paper book.
9. The participant’s full name must be written on the payment receipt, specifying that it is for ISLER 2025 Participation Fee.
10. The participation fee must be paid due to date May 07, 2025, for papers to be presented at the Symposium.
11. Participants attending as listeners will receive a participation certificate.
